Responsibilities
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):
- Manage the total value forecast for a specific category, focusing on a 3-6 month horizon.
- Ensure the accuracy and robustness of the forecast, while identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business.
- Challenge and improve the S&OP process to achieve optimal alignment between volume and value.
- Provide insightful analysis on forecast performance.
- Business Performance:
- Analyze and interpret data related to Profit & Loss (P&L) development, year-to-date vs. year-to-go trends, profit vs. investment, and customer/channel balance within a category.
- Oversee the month-end closing process and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to the S&OP process for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gain control over key S&OP drivers (volumes, sales, trade terms, supply chain costs) to ensure accurate gross profit and margin calculations.

- We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance management and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a consumer goods company (FMCG) is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of business planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes, with a clear grasp of the finance function's role within these areas.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and Excel skills.
- Effective communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle demanding workloads.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Thrives in a casual and professional work environment.
